Helping you move better, feel stronger, and get back to the life you enjoy.
Sahil Tanna is a compassionate and dedicated physiotherapist who believes that effective physiotherapy is about more than treating an injury—it’s about understanding the person behind the pain and helping them confidently return to the things that matter most.
His passion for physiotherapy began with his own experience as a patient. After a motorbike accident, Sahil experienced firsthand how the right physiotherapy care could make a meaningful difference in recovery. That experience inspired him to pursue a career where he could provide the same support and guidance to others.
Sahil completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India and later earned his Exercise and Wellness Diploma in Victoria, British Columbia. He has continued to expand his clinical expertise through advanced education and certifications in Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), Vestibular Assessment and Management, Functional Capacity Evaluation, Part A Lumbar Spine through the McKenzie Institute of Canada, and TMJ/TMD rehabilitation.
His clinical interests include TMJ/TMD, vestibular rehabilitation, spinal and musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain, and falls prevention.
Sahil takes an individualized, evidence-informed approach to treatment. He combines hands-on therapy, targeted exercise, education, and functional rehabilitation to help patients understand their condition and actively participate in their recovery.
Whether you are dealing with persistent pain, recovering from an injury, experiencing dizziness or balance difficulties, or simply trying to get back to an active lifestyle, Sahil’s goal is to help you move with greater confidence and get back to doing what you love.
Outside the clinic, Sahil enjoys competitive cricket, recreational soccer, biking, hiking, and spending time with his family. He is also passionate about mentoring internationally trained physiotherapists and helping them build their careers in Canada.
